Graduating from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2006, Sara's passion transcends products to explore the complexity of people, communities, and product lifecycles. Collaborating with industry leaders like Dracoco, Unilever, and FairTrade, she set the stage for her remarkable ventures.

In her twenties, Sara founded and managed T+HUIS (T-house), empowering children in marginalized areas through innovative learning activities. Her endeavors earned her the 2007 Diversity Award and a 2009 Honorable Mention for Design Management from the DME Awards.

Transitioning from entrepreneurship to corporate leadership, Sara rose to Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development within DLL, igniting her passion for fostering leadership and organizational growth.

Bringing over a decade of financial sector leadership, Sara's pragmatic approach emphasizes practical solutions and collaboration for tangible results. As she aptly says, "Organizations don't grow, people do."
